The employees of SBI may have definitely asked you, "Have you completed the KYC for your account?". You instead of asking them, "What is KYC?" Might have said, "I don't know?", as if KYC was some "crime" and the SBI employee was asking, "Are you guilty?"

The employees talk to the customers about the banking terms that the customers are pretty sure to be unaware of. They expect their customers to be intelligent and knowledgeable enough to be able to communicate with them fluently, in banking terms. The illiterate and poor customers seem like a burden to them. Why?
