SBI is more than 200 years old organisation.
SBI has not been a leader in the banking sector in terms of innovation, however it has been a very good follower. It did not bring an ATM for the Indian customers unless they say the customers of private banks enjoying the benefits of ATMs. Same goes for Core Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, CDMs etc.
