Why would you want to open an account at SBI?
Most probably because you want to be able to access loan at a cheaper rate, as compared to that offered by the other banks in the market.
The account opening form of SBI is so complicated that the newly joined employees of SBI need to ask for help, in order to fill the details in that form. But SBI expects its customers to fill that form accurately in the first attempt. Aren't they expecting too much from their customers? Why?
