SBI is a Nationalised Bank and hence needs to establish its branches in both Rural as well as Urban areas, as per the directives issued by the Indian Government or the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
SBI Unions never care to look at the things from the Customer's perspective but at least they should make an effort, to look at those things from the Male employee's perspective.
Some of the Rural Branches of SBI lack basic facilities like the Drinking Water and Toilets at their premises. So the Labour Unions of SBI prevent the management from posting female employees at such branches. However the same unions do not care, about the inconvenience suffered by the male employees, who will be posted at those rural branches. Why?
Some of the Urban Branches of SBI seem to offer facilities like Drinking Water and Toilets at their premises. But when the Customers try to access those facilities, they are scolded by the guards so badly that the spectators do not dare to access those facilities to prevent themselves from humiliation. The Customers who desperately need to access those facilities can be seen requesting for permission from the employees. These basic facilities are available freely in the premises of the private banks. Why aren't the basic facilities made available to the Customers of SBI?
